Early in her career as an engineer, Messà was deeply committed to contributing to innovation and making a positive impact in the life sciences sector. Her passion led her to work as a life sciences consultant for 13 years, where she gained invaluable experience.
This ultimately fueled her desire to bridge the gap between talented individuals and valued clients. By matching the right talent with the right positions, she was able to deliver exceptional service with the help of the outstanding team she managed.
To bring her vision to life, she partnered with Michiel Hertegonne, who shares the same perspective. With extensive experience in the Life Sciences sector, Michiel approaches challenges pragmatically, with a down-to-earth attitude.
